Jack McGee

Jack is a Commercialization Lead at Digitalis Commons.

Jack brings a cross-functional background spanning consulting, product development, and diagnostics commercialization. Prior to joining Digitalis Commons, he was a Consultant and Chief of Staff at Avalere Health, where he led commercialization efforts for diagnostics and digital health products, developed reimbursement strategies, and supported a broad range of client engagements. His work included FDA and LDT strategy, financial forecasting, and launching direct-to-consumer healthcare products.

Before Avalere, Jack held product and strategy roles at Opentrons, a diagnostics and life sciences startup, where he supported capital raises, led acquisition due diligence, and launched new diagnostic panels. He began his career in public health, supporting national surveillance efforts at Ireland’s Health Protection Surveillance Center.

Jack holds an MSc in Healthcare Infection Management from Trinity College Dublin and a BS in Public Health from Tulane University.
