Theresa Tribble

Theresa Tribble is an entrepreneur and executive shaping the future of life sciences, consumer health and diagnostics. With over two decades of experience, she has built and scaled early-stage life science ventures that deliver real-world impact. She currently serves as a board member at Maxim Biomedical, a leading US-based developer and manufacturer of rapid diagnostic tests. As co-founder of Droplet Biosciences, Theresa built a team and raised $20M+ to develop and launch the first oncology diagnostic using lymphatic data to assess cancer recurrence risk.

Her leadership has earned honors including being selected as a Boston Business Journal's "Women Who Lead in Life Sciences" honoree in 2024, where she credited her improv-comedy background for teaching her the "yes, and…" agility needed in entrepreneurship. As a 2024 Termeer Institute Fellow, she joined a select cohort of first-time CEOs dedicated to patient-centered innovation through values-driven leadership.

Theresa served as Chief Business Officer of EverlyWell (now Everly Health) where she led the enterprise and retail segments.  As an Operating Partner at Engine Ventures and founding advisor at BigHat Biosciences, Landsdowne Labs, and Akita Biosciences she continues to shape innovation in diagnostics, antibody drug development, and material sciences. She started her career in strategy consulting at Putnam Associates.

Theresa holds an undergraduate degree from Wellesley College and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Blavatnik Fellow in Life Science Entrepreneurship. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two children. She enjoys hiking, novel adventures, making others laugh and attempting to play the banjo.
