Gaurav Manchanda brings a wealth of experience in leading the successful creation, launch, and expansion of innovative hardware and software solutions. With over 15 years dedicated to addressing health and climate challenges through roles in startups, governments, and nonprofits, Gaurav is a strategic, results-driven leader committed to using technology to improve quality of life. His current roles include serving as the Chief Program Officer for MassChallenge, a global startup accelerator, and as an advisor to the Clinton Health Access Initiative, guiding the development of assistive technology programs.

Previously, Gaurav spearheaded medical market development at Formlabs, where he played a pivotal role in democratizing access to customized medical devices, contributing to the company's journey from Series B through Series E. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to found a venture-backed startup that provided affordable solar energy solutions to health facilities in Africa. He has also worked for the USAID Powering Health Initiative and the Liberian Ministry of Health.

Gaurav is a recognized thought leader who contributes as a guest lecturer, mentor, public speaker, and media spokesperson. His educational background includes a degree in Technology Transfer from Tulane, a Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell, and certifications in Process Validation and Disaster Relief Operations.
