Dan Exley

Dan Exley is the Interim Chief Information & Digital Officer at Sharp HealthCare. He previously served as  Vice President of Clinical Systems at Sharp, overseeing the clinical portfolio while driving Sharp’s Gold Stars  Level 10 implementation of Epic. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, he led the analytics and data science  practice for Sharp, ensuring reliable, actionable information was available to drive decision making in all  aspects of operations.

Dan has worked in healthcare for his entire life and has served as a leader in clinical informatics and  analytics since 2002. He holds a Master of Science in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University, is a  Fellow of The Advisory Board Company, and is an American Medical Informatics Association Certified  Health Informatics Professional.
