Justin Levy

Justin serves as the Director of Partnerships at Digitalis Commons, where he is responsible for cultivating and managing the organization’s client and partner relationships. As the primary lead for alliances at Digitalis Commons, Justin focuses on building a foundation of long-term value and trust.

Prior to his current role, Justin served as the Director of Portfolio Management at Cincinnati Children’s Innovation Ventures, where he led a team partnering academic research to commercial entities. His 15+ years of expertise in technology transfer was honed through previous roles at Tulane University and in biotechnology business incubation. His experience spans across therapeutics, medical devices, digital health, and diagnostics.

He holds an MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Cincinnati, a JD from Tulane University, and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
